An intense dialog enables Studio Pala to work out innovative solutions and strategies for its clients and by doing so we create a unique visual appearance – an one-of-a-kind identity.

Studio Pala loves to orchestrate typography in an expressive and suspenseful way, visually relating it to graphic elements or striking pictures to create an interesting and eye-catching look.

The strong conceptual approach, the conscious handling of typography and the specific use of selected materials generate distinct and sustainable design solutions with attitude.


Studio Pala is Tanja Oppel, who finished her studies of communication design in Würzburg and then worked as an Art Director in design bureaus in Frankfurt, Germany for several years. Now she develops creative concepts und design solutions as Studio Pala, relating on a network of partners of different disciplines, if needed.
Further she holds a teaching assignment since winter semester 2017/18 and works as a lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg, teaching the principles of graphic design.

Who with—

Depending on the project Studio Pala falls back on an interdisciplinary network of photographers, illustrators, programmers, copywriters and filmmakers, monitoring the project during the whole realization process up to completion in close coordination with the client.


As a design bureau Studio Pala works internationally and nationally for cultural centers, enterprises, self-employed persons as well as for artists and start-ups.


For an optimal print result Studio Pala collaborates closely with paper manufacturers and printing offices. Together with those partners Studio Pala can offer the matching paper, the proper print process as well as exclusive print finishing for your print product. For our clients this guarantees an ideal solution concerning material and print result.


Besides projects in Corporate Design, Studio Pala especially designs books, magazines and other printed matters.
